Merchant Central Building

Merchant Central Building has twelve different types of purpose built apartments to choose from, each is unique, and so each has been named after mountains of Scotland.

Scotland is the most mountainous country in the United Kingdom. The area north and west of the Highland Boundary Fault is known as the Highlands, and contains the country’s main mountain ranges. Scotland’s mountain ranges, in a rough north to south direction are: The Highlands & Islands, The Hills of the Central Lowlands, the Southern Uplands. The zone includes Britain’s highest peaks, especially Ben Nevis at 1,344m, with several similar peaks in the Cairngorms.

The apartment also has a good sized hall and two storage cupboards. Some, but not all of the three bedroom apartments have an HMO License.

Be-Rented Rental Pricing Structure

Be–Rented reviews the rental prices on a quarterly basis and each quarter they update the market rental in line with market conditions.  This is known as the apartments Base Line Rental. (BLR). Therefore if someone has been living in an three bed furnished apartment at a rental of £850.00 and we find the BLR was £925.00 then when that property comes available to let to would be marketed at that quarters BLR.
